1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code) via the seller's online shop.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer places a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
Additionally incurred shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process. For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop. The following payment methods are offered via Shopify Payments:

6. Delivery
Delivery is worldwide to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time is indicated in the online shop.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in the separate cancellation policy.
8. Return Costs
In the event of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
9. Compensation for Value in Case of Use
The customer may only inspect the goods to the extent that would be possible in a physical store.
If the goods are used beyond this extent or filled with substances such as oil, powder, or other materials, the seller reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for their value.
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
11. Liability
The seller is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the seller is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS).
The seller is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Provided it is legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office.
