3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the statutory value-added tax.
Any additional shipping costs incurred are displayed in the online shop and during the ordering process before the order is placed.
5. Terms of Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The payment methods available for an order depend, among other things, on the country of delivery and the respective payment provider. The available payment methods and any additional terms of the respective payment provider are displayed before the order is completed.
6. Delivery
We ship exclusively to the delivery countries within the European Union that can be selected in the online shop and during the ordering process. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The respective delivery times are stated in the online shop.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.
8. Return Costs
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
9. Compensation for Diminished Value
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods and the customer has been properly informed about their right of withdrawal. Using or filling the goods may cause such a loss in value; compensation will not be calculated as a flat rate, but based on the actual loss in value.
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
11. Liability
Statutory liability regulations apply.
12. Dispute Resolution
The seller is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. With regard to consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
The statutory provisions apply to the place of jurisdiction.
